ISG (Idle Stop and Go)

Say, anybody has this function (button) in their car? I have a '13 Elantra GLS with Premium Package. It does have the ECO button, but not the ISG.

When configuring the car, it did not come up as an option, not even with the Limited edition.

Anybody know if it can be installed afterwards?
