RDS or artist info on the radio screen?

i have grown used to seeing who the artist is and the song title on the screen of my lowly minivan radio, yet in the VC I see no options to see this in the radio settings..I have the lower end unit, the am/fm/cd/mp3, no nav unit..
Anyone know if it's possible to get this on the display??
