Jacking up for tire rotation

I just purchased a floor jack and jack stands so i could do as much of my own maintenance as possible. oil changes, tire rotations, brakes etc. I was looking underneath the car for jacking points and the such. I'm at a loss of where and how to jack the car up, especially the rear. what is the method that seems to be the best way to accomplish this.
