2003 Hyundai Tiburon Chugging and possible misfire upon startup

Hey there all. So I have a 2003 Tiburon base model with the 2.0 and Auto transmission.
Its got about 170,000 miles on it and looks to have been well maintained ( I bought it 5 months ago.). I haven't had a single problem with it other than the canister close valve and that was quickly fixed.

So here's the scoop. When the vehicle sits for about 4 or more hours it will seemingly run perfect until you goto start it up after sitting. At first it will shake very hard for about 30 seconds while almost wanting to die and then after a minute it feels like a misfire. After the engine warms up just a tad bit ( 1 or 2 minutes) the whole things runs great and not problems. The reason I'm concerned is I don't want this to be a sign of something bad thats going to happen in the near future. I'm guessing something sensor or computer related since this only happens after the car sits for a while. I haven't really done any diagnostic procedures because honestly I have no idea how to work on these things. I have ALLdata at my shop, but I'm a Honda tech not a hyundai tech. Fuel, spark and air are all good though. I did rule the really minor stuff out. I have noticed that my fuel trim is slightly off, but not by much; Atleast to me anyway.

If any of the master techs or skilled Hyundai guys might have a little advice or a few cents to pitch in I'd really appreciate the knowledge!
Thank you!
