Has anyone successfully replaced these badges? I have never done this and am wondering what is the best way to remove these badges. Or do they need to be removed at all? I've shopped around and am thinking of getting these...

I've noticed that some of the designs are stick on. Do they look good just stuck on over the OEM emblems? I am particularly concerned about the steering wheel emblem.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
