I need to remove the drivers door trim panel ?

Hi All, my wifes wonderful little Amica is suffering from the Drivers electric window letting the wind and rain in at the top rear corner, it obviously needs a bit of adjustment to the guide channel that the window runs up and down in, it needs tweaking back a little at the top of its run. This is probably a very easy job !

But first I need to get the door Trim panel off, I can see there are a few screws I can remove, and perhaps some hidden plastic studs, but it looks as if the Door Mirror trim on the inside of the door could cause ME problems

Has anybody got any tips or recommendations as to how I should tackle this little job, thanks.
