What's a typical dealership service go for?

I'm closing in on 7500 miles and with three different dealerships in town, I've gotten 3 different 7500 mile service prices ranging from $89.99-$189.99. I've been given the speech that I live in a severe environment (first manufacturer to make this claim in 15 years living here) and others list off stuff I know isn't in the manual for service.
