Wheel Help

Hello there,
First time poster please go easy on me!
I have 2012 Sonata 2.0 Limited, and recently a wheel(rim) has a leak.
the Tires(rubber) are basically 3 months old and I would rather not but a new set.

I was looking for options(not the OEM rim the quoted 1200 CAD) and found a set of Genesis OEM 18' for a really good price, how ever the Tires(rubber) are not in good condition.

I know the Genesis Wheels and Tires will fit, but what I am wondering if I could take off the Tires(rubber) off the Genesis and put by Tires(rubber) 225/45R18 on?
