I'm going to add wiring for another 12 Volt outlet in right rear area and also install a 110V "extension" cord to the right rear inside. I bought an Engel portable fridge and will power it from the SFS 12 Volt outlet in rear when driving but when camping I want to power it from the trailer battery and when fancy camping (with power) I'll use 110. The fridge switches automatically.
The fridge will live in the right back corner of the SFS as it's more convenient access. Besides, room is at a premium in our little trailer :)
The actual wiring I have figured out but I'm a bit hesitant about tearing the back of the SFS apart to run wiring down to the hitch area but tear apart I will because I don't want cables running out the trunk door. All else fails I plan to follow the trailer hitch wiring in the left rear corner but hope to actually install the additional 12 volt plug along the existing one.
Perhaps someone has done some "exploring" in that area and can share some possible "gotcha's" to look out for?
