2012 Running Boards

We bought a 2012 Santa Fe a few months ago. I found a set of running boards on CL for a 2007 Santa Fe. The poster said they were originally installed at the factory.
Will running boards from a 2007 fit on a 2012? I didn't see anything definitive online.
I also couldn't find any pics of "factory" running boards for 2007-2012 SF. Were they offered as an option or are all the running boards aftermarket?
