Hi,
I have a 1998 Hyundai Accent with 185,000 miles on it.
I bought it last week off of craigslist and then drove it from Portland to LA. 200 miles away from LA, it died when I stopped to get gas. Finally it started, and the check engine light was on, indicating a crankshaft position sensor A circuit error. After this happened a few more times while I was driving, I replaced the crankshaft position sensor (today), but then after I started the car, there was another check engine light on, this one indicating that the camshaft position sensor has high input. I drove the car ~10 miles since then, and haven't had any problems. My father thinks that the computer is just confused by the new crankshaft sensor, and that it will probably turn off after awhile. What do you guys think?
Thanks,
Joshed
