2007 Elantra Maintenance Questions

I own a 2007 Elantra Limited with 45K miles. My driving is a combination city/highway totaling appx 6K - 7.5K a year. I have the oil changed around every three - four months.

How frequently should the following items be changed:

timing belt

fuel filter

platinum spark plugs

spark plugs wires

radiator hoses
