Help ? Wd40 on my bumper

So my niece was in my garage playing and got to a can of wd40 and spray a descent amount on my bumper .
I washed it twice but it's still got this greasy film left on the paint .Attachment 71857Attachment 71865Attachment 71873
Wat should I use to get it off with out stripping my paint or clear coat .
