Clock Spring and Cruise Control

I had my steering wheel off my 2013 Tuscon, the clock spring turned while the wheel was off, about a half a turn. Put it back the way it was and buttoned everything up. Radio and Bluetooth work but nothing happens when I hit cruise. Removed steering wheel again, turned clock spring to the right until it stopped. Backed it up two turns, lined up the arrows, buttoned her back up, still no cruise.
