I have a problem with our starex (diesel AT), while accelerating there is a noise in the engine, e.g rattling, (i don't know how to explain it) but there is noise every time i try to accelerate or just going in a steady speed, also heavy exhaust coming out when i rev it above 2000 rpm or even at 2000 rpm, i even smelled the fumes inside the vehicle when i go above 2000 rpm or above 60, this is bothering me, i haven't encountered it before, my guess it that the fuel injection pump needs calibration, or there is something i don't know.. anyone who can give me any advise on the cause of this problem.
