Doors Vibrating due to Speaker´s Bass

Hello guys, I need your advice, my Tucson doors are vibrating with bass intensive songs (with factory speakers).

If I apply pressure to the driver door (with my hand) or if I rest my elbow there, it does not vibrate.

So I am wondering if this product might solve the issue:

Do you guys know maybe another method without having to remove the door panels and apply Dynamat?

Not sure if there might be a trick to apply some kind of weight on door panels that might solve the issue.
