Car audio question

I am looking to upgrade the speakers in my car as well as possibly add a powerpack as well. I have searched through the forums and have seen this talked about alot with GLS models. I have a 2012 Limited with Navigation. I would just like to see what I can do to get some better sound.

Any help and/or advice on this would be great.
