New Gen i10 spare wheel TPMS question

Like many I am waiting for a space saver spare wheel kit, am now considering purchasing a full size spare wheel and tyre, my question is can this have a TPMS unit or just a standard valve.

If no TPMS sensor is fitted it can only be a spare or is it possible to program the car to accept one wheel change irrespective of position??

This would allow the spare to be used in rotation!

Any ideas or thoughts.
