Today I was taking my 2003 Hyundai Elantra through the car wash. Once I exited, I noticed the left turn signal arrow was illuminated on my dash.
I thought this was weird and checked my turn signal arm, and it wasn't on, so there was no reason for the arrow to be illuminated.
After this, I checked my signals, and the right signal works fine and blinks, the left one does not work when the headlights are on.
When the headlights are turned off, the left signal works, however, the opposite side's blinker turns on too, faintly.
Another strange thing is the blinker stays on (not blinking, just lit) when my lights are on. Pretty strange.
Sorry if this is confusing, but it seems to be a weird problem. I don't know if its something as simple as a bad bulb (even though it still lights up) or if its a bad fuse or relay switch.
Any comments or thoughts appreciated!! Thanks!
