P122 Throttle Position Sensor

I have a 2003 3.5L that is pulling code P2122. Not sure why it is P2122 as opposed to P122 but the reader says Throttle/Pedal Pos Sensor/ Switch D Circuit Low Input. Going on Napa Online this looks to be a 16$ part. Based on the experience of this group, is this really a $16 fix plus my time and a few beers?

Could it be something else?
