So, I don't know anything about cars. You might remember from a few seconds ago in my oil changing topic...
Everyone was really nice and told me everything I needed to buy to do my own oil changes and I watched a few videos on how to change oil which got me thinking how awesome it would be to actually be a normal person and know how to perform other basic maintenance things on my car.
I got a letter in the mail saying it's time for my 30,000 mile service, but as I said in my last post, I'm a little skeptical of my dealer. They said it would run me about 450 to 500 dollars.
On to the first question! What do they do for a 30,000 mile service? Can anyone actually list everything? Also, would it be practical to do it all (or most) of it myself? And what tools, fluids, and parts would I need?
If it's a little advanced, what would you suggest I learn besides how to change my oil and change air filters?
I really know nothing about cars so if some kind soul would break it all down for me, it would be awesome!
Oh, and I drive a 2012 Hyudai Accent Hatchback!
