TPS Issues

Hello Hyundai experts! I have a 2002 Hyundai Elantra GLS with 2.0L engine with 127,000 miles on it. My girlfriend has been having some issues for awhile now. It first started with the check engine light reading codes for the TPS sensor and MAP sensor being bad. I went to Autozone and replaced the TPS sensor. We took the car to the Hyundai dealer and they replaced the MAP sensor. The check engine light is still on for the same codes after replacement. The car usually runs fine (No issues) but ever once in awhile it car will no accelerate while driving and you have to pull over and let it sit for 10 minutes before driving it again. Yesterday I put my multimeter on the TPS sensor and I was reading 4.95 volts power to the sensor, 12.05 volts at ground, and 0 volts return signal to the ECM. Would this indicate that the sensor I purchased is faulty. I took the reading right off the wire near the sensor.
