Hi all.
I bought a Trajet 2.0 CRDi last week, seemed the best 7 seater, also I worked in the city of Ulsan, South Korea for 3.5 months in 2005, and seen the Hyundai car factoryand ship yard.
Not sure if the Trajet was manufactured there, been trying to find out, but drawn a blank on the subject.
So far been a bit disappointed with the fuel consumption,35 mpg 1st test, 39 2nd test.
I'm thinking about getting it getting it re-mapped and perhaps loose a bit of excess weight with the rear seats, engine cover.
Another disappointment was there was no key fob with the car for the central locking, my drivers door lock works every door except the front passenger door, and the gears are smooth except when changing from 3rd to 4th, I have to double d clutch.
Apart from that, its a brilliant car, and very pleased with it, cant fault the handling and comfort.
Bit about myself, I also own a Suzuki Bandit, and go off on runs, camping trips etc. I write into another forum, and I'm always making modifications to my Bandit, so the others thought I was a bit of a mad scientist like Doc in Back to the future.
Mrs, who I met 8 years ago is from Westmeath, and I visit my family in South Wales, and her family in the Burnley area, Lanc's, a few times per year.
Well looking forward to exploring the forum for tips and fixes, and general banter. :)
