Whoosing air noise 2-3k revs. intercooler airleak ?

Hi,

my 2007 2.2 CDRi has developed a whoosing/compressed air escaping noise at 2000-3000 revs. I'm kinda guessing that it has something to do with the turbo, does that sound right ?

I've noticed that one of hose connector is showing a gap, but I'm not sure if one end has slipped, and if so which end ?

There is also alot of air escaping ( some oil as well maybe ) from the underside, front, right of the intercooler.
