ABS light comes on and rattling noise somewhere near wheels and brake lever

Hi,

problem on Hyundai i10 Classic 2009, 1.2 L : ABS light comes on and rattling noise somewhere near wheels and brake lever.

I am having problems, it used to be in damp weather, now in good sunny days the problem recurs.

What could be the problem and how much would it cost, would it be possible to do them myself? What tools do i need?
