Need help with part replacement.

Hi All,

I was recently doing some work on the car, i unscrewed the panel that have access to the fog light?

But i forgot to screw it back properly, my girlfriend took the car and that whole piece has basically been burned out.

I am wondering what that part is called? If i can find a replacement i can DIY it.

Any help on this would be much appreciated as well.
