H100 Diesel N/A Timing

Hi,

It's been a while since I've been on here, so much so I've had to sign up again.

Anyway, I have just changed the timing belt on my 98 H100 non turbo and its thrown the injector pump timing a little. I have a timing gauge but I wonder if anyone can tell me the required plunger lift at TDC on no. 1 cylinder?
