So this just gets better and better. First the recall letter about the stop light switch and now I get another letter from Hyundai which states that Guiffre Hyundai (where I had gone - including to replace the stop light switch) is no longer an authorized Hyundai dealer. I just got this car last summer.
So now I have to pick the next closest authorized dealer should I really need any work done so as to be fully covered and thats either:
3 miles over the bridge to Staten Island or 4 miles to Plaza Hyundai (Brooklyn). So 4 miles wins I guess. Who wants to pay a toll. Now I truly have to sit and wait for the car for sure. That sucks.
So the stop light switch was recalled (replaced for free) and now this. And at that time they said my rear brakes were low. That I only had 1500 miles before they touched metal. Were they screwing with me since the receipt came with a discount on brake repair. How convenient. Hmmm.
I wanna trade this in for a NYC Citibike instead!
