A/C problems

Hi everyone, i really need help.

My ac is not working and its super hot here in Texas.:eek::eek:
Before it was mostly only working when it was set on Max AC. Now its not working at all. I can hear clicking noises when i turn it on but no air comes out. It doesn't blow out anything.

Please give me a few ideas of what it could be and how could I check it.
