Got the 2013 Azera in January 2013. White was the only color available - would have preferred blue. We have about 3000 miles so far, mostly around town with a 2000 mile road trip - S. Florida to North Carolina and back.
Generally myself and the wife enjoy the car - it looks great! We love the sunroof and interior. The ride is good and there is plenty of room. For the price, it has lots of options. We traded in a 2002 3 series BMW.
What we do not like about the car
1 - black exhaust soot forms around tailpipe. A heavy layer of soot inside the tailpipe which drools down the nice white bumper. Dealer says this is "normal", that the car is running properly and we will just have to live with it. After the road trip, the soot ring was 4-5 inches above the tailpipe and 3 inches either side of the tailpipes. After cleaning, it starts getting black again after only a couple of days and less than 40 miles.
2 - seat controls in unusual place and my wife has to sit forward in the seat to reach them, then settle into the seat again to check... then scoot forward to reach, then back again...
3 - EPS steering - on the highway, there is little road feel. Constant corrections made the long trip tiring.
4 - Nav system. this is the first vehicle we have owned with a nav system and it took a while to figure out the proper settings. That said, several times in North and South Carolina, it gave us wrong directions and told us to go left instead of right.
5 - Front AC vents bolws directly onto your face - the louvers do not adjust enough.
