Need Help/ Advice

I recently purchased a '14 Elantra Limited white exterior w/ black interior...love the car ....purchased the car 1 week ago, picked it up on Saturday night. With all the excitement of a new car, I drove the car everywhere then Wednesday of the following week I noticed the interior front passenger door panel and the dash (silver trim on both the door panel and dash do not line up, crooked, dash does not see to have been installed correctly) Dealership states they cannot fix it and i would have to contact hyundai customer service via phone number and email. Its been a week, several emails and voicemails......no response....who else can i contact to fix this....... am i stuck with this?
