To start with,there are 2 points to it, To come down to my first point. I had given my complain regarding mileage earlier also, then they took the vehicle and sent back the car with scratch on the bonet and took the diesel out with unfair means, and I am telling you this based on the initial inspection which was done before taking the vehicle. So after having an argument with the service guys over there, they refilled the tank with 500 rs diesel and also got my scratch removed, which is a good part, but during this second visit how I got my car was in horrible condition. The seats of my car have
been royally spoilt by them as it has got full black color hand impressions all over it which could be of grease or something. I showed them these so they told its there mistake and they will get it repaired again. I am seriously disppointed with the service hyundai is provinding to its customer and causing unnecessary pain as I dont expect this from hyundai atleast.
Now my main point,which is my 2nd point and it is regarding the mileage, I had been a huge admirer of hyundai and thats the reason I had gone for Hyundai Verna Fludic Diesel 1.6L Crdi as I had been convinced by Mr. Naveen who is/was your sales executive at bannergatta branch. He had claimed as per customer feedback and reviews, the mileage of this car would definately be close to around 16-17km/L within the city and it is definately above 20km/L on highways. One month back I had given a complain regarding this only, I was getting a low mileage of around 12km/L within city, but I dont know what they have done with my car, after getting it inspected by them as per what they say, I am getting even more shocking numbers. I had gone for a trip to ooty, so while going on the way I got my fuel tank filled fully upto the brim in order to calculate the mileage manually, and I covered a distace of exactly 538 km before I landed on to your banergatta service station to get the mileage checked in front of them itself. I asked them I will get it refuelled upto the brim again in front of you only because still I am very much doubtfull about the mileage so Mr. Vikhyat who is your service guy told himself that since I have gone on a highway I should get around 20Km/L though the company claims even more. BUt to my dismay when we re-filled it again upto the brim it had consumed 40.42 Liters of diesel which makes it an average of around 13.3 Km/L on highway which is very stageering and agonizing to me. I was awe-struck to see this number and even vikhyat was just clueless after this. I dont know what they have done with the car either they have replaced some spare part with the old one or done any other mischief as I am seriously annoyed with this kind of response from the car.Before going to ooty also I had got it refilled earlier at that time also it had just given me an average of around 12.2Km/L which was in city, but I only take a flyover or nice road while going to my office which is in electronic city and that remains traffic free mainly but still within city also, I am getting a below par mileage.
As a valued customer to the company I request you to take my complain on high priority and get my vehicle rechecked again weather they have replaced any part of the car with the old one which I am highly skeptical about and get my mileage problem rectified as I had completed just 5000km recently on my way to ooty. So you can understand it is relativel a new behicle still I am getting such a mileage.I am also feeling some problem in pickup on 1st and 2nd gear sometimes which could also be one of that cause. Kindly get it checked.
