2006 Elantra Sudden electric issue (runs fine)

Hello!
The other day I was messing around with the fuses and replaced a 10A fuse to get my power mirrors working. Since then I have gone to go start up my car. When I turned the key to ACC the dash board lights came on as normal but the tachometer and speedometer flew up to the middle of the board (straight up) and the engine temp and fuel gauge flew all the way up. This happens all at once, and again at the same time reset to their intended positions. (Note- this happens even when you start the car EndNote)-

They work fine from that point on but it just doesn't sound good on the gauges.

All the while there is more problems-
-The radio key does not work anymore (It is not a dead batt [radio key])
-ALL DOME LIGHTS DO NOT WORK- this include- door lights, top dome light and front seat dome lights AS WELL AS ignition ring light..
-The radio does not turn on..
-The onboard clock does not light up
-The Passenger airbag off light does not come on but instead comes on in the dash

These are ALL the symptoms. Everything else is working.

Ideas??

ps. while trying to see if it was a blown fuse I seem to have confused which way the #s on the fuses should be facing...I.E on a 10A the 1 being on the bottom and the 0 on top (or vise versa)
