Recently did oil service on HSH with factory filter and mobil 1 synthetic 5w-20. Set tires and lubed caps that tend to corrode themselves to stem. Did notice some subframe corrosion especially at rear around camber/toe adjustment bolts. The bolts appeared completely rust ridden and the surrounding area was rusting as well. Granted it was a severe winter here in NE Ohio but it seems excessive for a 2012. Will post pics when I get a decent camera and have the car back up in the air.
