Yesterday I swapped out my standard Blue Link rearview mirror for the Hyundai OEM Bluelink Homelink electrochromatic mirror. It was an easy install, and I followed the installation instructions to the T. All of the mirror functions work perfectly. While I was driving today, I noticed the cruise control CANCEL button would not cancel my cruise. I had to press the brake pedal or press the on/off button to cancel the set speed. Everything else seems to be working perfectly.
I tried turning the cruise off and back on, but CANCEL still didn't work. I haven't tried it again after shutting the car off, but will the next time I leave the house. I know it's unlikely, but is there a chance that switching the mirror may have effected the cruise control, or is it just a coincidence? I'll be making an appointment soon to have it checked out at the dealership, but wondered. I appreciate any input you guys can offer. TIA.
