DRL fix?

I posted this in the CHATROOM but saw no response, so am cross-posting here.
Newbie question here:
I had a 2004 Sienna. Some versions had DRLs but others did not.
It turned out that all that was needed was to put a fuse in an empty
position in those that came without it.
I was wondering if there was a similar fix for the Santa Fe. They have to
put them in the Canadian models, so I can't imagine it is a major change.
Any ideas on what the Canadian models have that the US ones don't?
