I have a 2013 that is not behaving anything like my 2012. When I set the CC to any speed above 60mph. The EV rarely or never kicks in. The battery will charge all the way to above 95% and the hybrid (gas and electric simultaneously) will kick on and off just enough to keep the battery from overcharging. Outside temps are in the upper 60's.
On the same routes, my 2012 would go to EV frequently and my MPG was much higher. I've had it to the dealer and they claim that is the way it is supposed to operate. I informed them my others didn't, but they won't budge.
Are other 2013 owners experiencing this?
