Hi. I have a 2007 santa fe crdi 4wd diesel. I took it to the garage to see if everything is fine for a long trip. They told me the cat pipe were blocked and need to be replaced. And there's is a noise on the turbo. As soon as you accelerate you can here a noise that sound like wind escaping some we're. I saw that there's a damaged part on the intercooler. Now my car is releasing a black smoke and I had it at another garage and they say the turbo don't sound good. Can the air that escape from the intercooler damage the turbo or the engine and can it cause the enjine to give a black smoke?
