installing door power locks

Hey everyone,

I was trying to install actuators on my X3 accent driver door, in order to convert the central locking into power locking for use with a keyless entry system. I had some difficulty in adjusting the rod for the actuator so that it works in synchrony with the car's locking rod.
Would anyone who has done it before be able to help me as to how this should be positioned please?
