In my quest to find out what could be causing a mildly rough idle, I checked the throttle body to see if it needed to be cleaned. I was surprised at how good it looked for 71k miles. I'm wondering if maybe the dealership had cleaned it (bought CPO @ 30k miles). Do yall think this needs to be cleaned?

More on the idle: Idle is smooth until car is warmed up and in drive. For example, I commute 30 minutes before I hit the city. Then, at all the red lights, my idle "pulses." That's the best word I can think of. My RPM needle does not move. It's an audible pulsing a little more than once a second. Probably a frequency of once every .75 seconds. It is also felt as a vibration mostly in the steering wheel, but enough to feel in my seat and to hear it. A/C doesn't seem to matter whether it's on or off.
So far spark plugs look fine, throttle body looks fine to me, and I've put a bottle of Techron through to see if that helps. No conclusion yet as I'm still burning through it. Any ideas?
