Bad CV Joint

So Ive been noticing a clicking noise coming from my RF wheel, but only when I make a right turn. I started hearing it more and more, finally I inspected the dust boot and theres a tear in it, Im guessing there is very little grease lubricating the joint and now I have to replace it. Other than the CV joint, what else could have to be replaced? Just want to make sure that the part number is 49501-4R250 for the CV joint, anyone know where I can find one used/remanufactured or a new one fairly cheap.
