help with a couple of noises

hi,

My 2.7 santa fe has been making a couple of noises.

One I have tracked down to the metal protective plate on the very bottom of one of the exhaust/manifold pipes. It protects it from hitting speed bumps and stuff, i suppose?
Anyway, it has rusted through where it is secured and is rattling. Any idea what part i need, and if i can buy it on the net?

The second noise is an osilating noise which is worse the faster i get. Thought it could be the tyres, but i think they are ok. could it be bearings or anything like that?
