Delayed Accessory Power with manual transmission?

I just bought a 2014 Elantra Sport w/ 6 Spd. manual transmission. Since its 2014 it as the push button start and proximity key features. Im wondering if the manual transmission comes with the delayed accessory power option? When I shut the car off by pressing the button it shuts everything off completely. Can anyone help with this?
