Has anybody switched their AM/FM radio for a factory AM/FM/USB/AUX stereo?

I know that on the second radio, they have a completely different part near the cigarette lighter near the shifter. I wanted to know if I'd need special wiring and etc for the usb / aux to be functional.

Does anybody have any experience with this or ever wanted to try? I was going to install a screen, but my neighborhood would love it more than I would and they'd probably take it from me. Trying to keep things plain and simple anyway.
