Wheel Fitment Questions

Ok. So i finally got around to putting on my Vossen CV3's.

Front - 20x9 +35 w/ 245/35/20 Falken Azenis
Rear - 20x10.5 +45 w/275/30/20 Falken Azenis

I dont seem to be having any type of issues with the front wheels. Its the rear wheels im a little concerned about. When i first put the wheels on and took it for a test drive I heard them rubbing. When i inspected the rear wheels i noticed that the tire rubbed against the plastic fender well covering. No biggy. I could always cut that to stop the rubbing. But then i noticed that the wheels were SUPER close to the lower control arms. So close i could barely fit a piece of cardboard in between the back of the wheel and the arm.

I dont here the sound of rubbing anymore. But im not 100% positive what was causing it. It didn't sound like metal to metal (wheel rubbing against control arm) but more of the rubber rubbing against the plastic. Should i be concerned? Maybe get some spacers for the rear wheels just to get them up off the control arms? Are these wheel specs a bit too aggressive for the Sonata?

The rear wheels do poke out a little past the fenders. If i was to lower the car how would i go about tucking the tires in the fender? Ive briefly researched how to roll fenders but i feel as though i would rather have it done professionally when the time comes for a drop.

Thanks for the help
