Just picked up a 2009 3.3L AWD Limited with 43,000 km on it. I purchased it at the dealer and since it was still under factory warranty (20 days remaining), I got them to extend it for another year or 20,000 km. Now I've been looking on this board for awhile - about the issues people have and don't have - and I opted to purchased the extended warranty for another 4 years. So I've got 5 years/100,000 km. I know people hate extended warranties and what not but I felt it was a good decision considering that the car would be covered for the next 5 years. It's along the lines of $28/month - $50 deductible per visit. I'm still within my 30 day period in which I can cancel it if I do not want it; after reading a lot I'm torn as to whether to keep it or not. Its the 'Ultimate' so-called package...so it covers essentially 'bumper-to-bumper' - with a lot of exceptions of course.
