Hello, new member here and I am trying to get some ideas as to why my a/c isn't working before I shell out money for someone else to do it. I have a 2007 Entourage with 105,000mi. It came with only a couple of the normal Entourage issues, but we actually haven't had to put a ton of money into it other than normal maintenance. So it has been a very reliable car. Anyway, last time we used the a/c (months ago) it worked perfectly. Now, when I push the button, the green light comes on, but nothing else happens. I figure it is something electrical, because normally, one would hear/feel a change from under the hood, but nothing happens in this case. Fan does not come on and the compressor does not turn on, engine rpms do not change. I have checked all fuses and relays having to do with the climate control and they are fine. I did hear a small vacuum leak last time the front defroster was used, but that shouldn't keep things from turning on and it didn't affect the performance of the defroster anyway. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
