2013 Elantra GT Headlights of Death

Has anyone found any aftermarket headlight assemblies for this model? I am actually scared to drive my car at night. If I cannot have on the high beams, forget it. It looks like there is a curtain in front of the car. I asked the dealer twice to fix them. The first time they told me they adjusted the driver's side, but when I went in the second time, the service department told me to just buy some aftermarket bulbs. We did that, but they are still not that bright.

I like the car, but these headlights are just plain dangerous.
