2010 Hyundai Sonata w/4 cylinder (2.4 I believe)
On my way home the check engine light came on. I stopped to check the gas cap, loosened it and put it back on. About 75 miles later I stopped at the local Autozone for a code check and it came out to a P0456.
After doing some reading it can be caused by; a leaking/loose gas cap, or the Purge Control Valve, or possibly even the PCV valve.
I thought I'd fill it with gas and drive it around a bit and see what happened. I don't think it's the cap. If that didn't do anything, I thought I'd change the PCV and the PCSV and see what happened.
What's a guy to do? Does the above sound reasonable? Thanks, Tom
