Curb Rash - Aaaargh!

So, I decided to try and install some new fog light bulbs (didn't work), and when I bend down I see this:



AAAAAHHHH!!!! :eek:

The passenger side looks about mirror image of this one.

I know I feel some parking curbs sometimes (mainly at church), but this is awful! Guess at some point I may have to consider re-painting the lower valance. :(
